1985 was the perfect time for an ambitious and entrepreneurial college dropout to enter the reverse logistics business, enter Robert Feinstein / Windsor Distributors.

With Motorola as his first major contract leading to Nokia, Ericsson and Philips, fast forward to 90’s and 2000’s with Bluetooth headphones introduced and Windsor’s contract with Motorola allowing the availability to refurbish accessories, Robert introduced Windsor to testing and refurbishing headsets.

As the 2000-teens rolled in Robert was always on top of his game and refined as rapid as tech did and brought on carriers such as T-Mobile and Verizon who chose Windsor as their provider to process mobile accessory returns, cellular accessories leading up to connected, smart and robotic products which have now become the strength of Windsor.

Robert has a key role in our company and has been part of this dynamic industry ever since, and has established ground breaking relationships and onboarded some of our major and most important clients.
