Chief Financial Officer

Shira is innovative and driven, with over 13 years of experience in E-Commerce high-growth operations with global business structures. She has played a key role in multiple debt and capital raises, collectively valued at over $100 million in combined lines of credit, subordinated debt, and preferred/common stock. She prides herself on integrity, transparency, and communication when it comes to maintaining relationships with investors, bankers, and all strategic shareholders of the business.

Shira joined the company in 2015 to build out the Finance team, implement our ERP system, and streamline system processes to ensure regulatory compliance as well as enhanced reporting capabilities necessary for strategic business planning. She has also implemented standardized controls and procedures that allows for operational simplicity, ease of consolidated reporting, and analytics unique to our business model.

Shira continues to roll up her sleeves to get the job done through developing strong cross-disciplinary relationships and using creative problem solving for whatever challenges arise. For Shira, bridging the gap between the business and finance to help the company reach new heights is what she truly enjoys.
